主人公を故三船敏郎が演じた戦国武将からオリジナルキャラの山の民に変更し、
主演に嵐の松本潤（２４）を起用。
樋口真嗣監督（４２）は「これまでの松本のイメージを覆す」といい、
松本も「大きな作品に全身全霊をかけて挑戦したい」と新境地に挑む覚悟だ。
来年５月１０日公開。
